Build Financial Clarity Through Practical Cash Flow Skills

Most people struggle with cash flow because they've never learned the fundamentals. This program walks you through the exact methods we use with our clients—nothing complicated, just straightforward techniques that actually work when applied consistently.

You'll work through real scenarios, not theoretical exercises. By the end, you'll understand where your money goes, how to plan ahead without spreadsheets taking over your life, and what adjustments make the biggest difference.

See What You'll Need

Weekly Live Sessions

Interactive workshops every Thursday evening where we tackle common cash flow challenges together. Ask questions, work through your specific situation, and learn from others facing similar hurdles.

Practical Tools You'll Use

Simple tracking templates and planning frameworks designed for regular people, not accountants. Everything's been tested with hundreds of clients and refined based on what actually helps.

Real Business Examples

We share case studies from Brisbane businesses—anonymised, of course—showing exactly how different industries handle seasonal swings, unexpected expenses, and growth planning.

Ongoing Support Access

Six months of email support after the program ends. When questions come up as you implement what you've learned, we're here to help you work through them.

What You'll Actually Learn

The program runs for eight weeks, with one focused topic each session. We start with understanding your current position—most people are surprised when they actually map out where money goes versus where they think it goes.

Then we move into forecasting, but not the intimidating spreadsheet kind. You'll learn a method that takes about fifteen minutes a week once you've got the hang of it. Sounds too simple, but it's what I use for my own finances and what we teach our consulting clients.

The middle weeks focus on decision-making frameworks. When do you reinvest versus save? How do you handle the gap between invoicing and getting paid? What expenses deserve priority when cash is tight? These are the questions that keep business owners up at night.

We wrap up with building a sustainable system. Not something rigid that falls apart the first time life throws you a curveball, but a flexible approach you can maintain long-term without it becoming another source of stress.

Foundation Phase

Understanding current cash patterns, identifying leak points, establishing baseline tracking habits that don't require hours of data entry.

Planning Phase

Creating realistic forecasts, building buffer strategies, developing decision frameworks for various scenarios you'll likely encounter.

Implementation Phase

Testing your system with real numbers, adjusting based on what works for your situation, preparing for typical challenges during the first six months.

Format and Commitment

Sessions run Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30pm, giving you time to get home from work and grab dinner first. We keep groups small—maximum twenty participants—so everyone gets attention when they need it.

Each week includes a live workshop plus some homework. The assignments aren't busywork; they're applying that week's concepts to your actual finances. Expect to spend two to three hours between sessions, though it varies depending on complexity of your situation.

Everything's online via video conference. You'll need a stable internet connection and ideally two screens or a laptop plus tablet so you can see the presentation while working in your own documents. Recording available if you miss a session, but live attendance works better because you can ask questions in real time.

We ask for genuine commitment. If you're just curious but not ready to actually implement changes, wait until you are. The program works when people show up prepared and engage with the material between sessions.
